Our story
Our story
The history of the Novikov group begins in 1991. It was in this year that Arkady Novikov opened his first restaurant, Sirena, which became the first fish restaurant in the capital with a fundamentally new approach to cuisine, service, interior and atmosphere.
Although Arkady Novikov has been a well-known name in Russia for decades, the international Novikov brand began its history in 2011 with its first project outside of Russia – the Novikov restaurant and lounge bar in the heart of Mayfair, London.
Arkady further strengthened his innovative approach by starting a greenhouse business in 2002, growing his own organic fruits and vegetables in Russia.
In 2013, a second restaurant of the same name opened in Moscow, and two years later, another one in Dubai.
Today, the restaurateur has more than 50 successful projects.

If you prefer to dine indoors, the café’s first and second floors feature elegantly designed rooms filled with natural light, modern textures, and a warm ambiance. Every corner has its own unique vibe — from lively tables for groups to secluded, cozy nooks.
In the garden area, round tables are set around a charming fountain — an ideal setting for intimate dinners under the stars or small private events.
